Healthwatch volunteers – Brent, Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea
Our Healthwatch teams work to identify groups who face barriers in speaking up and provide support and opportunities to help people communicate their needs around health and social care. You can support them to do this in a number of ways:
- Patient Experience volunteer – collecting feedback about people’s experiences of health and social care services.
- Information and Signposting volunteer – helping people get the information they need about health and care services and how to access community support.
- Enter and View volunteer – Enter & View visits are a core Healthwatch activity. Our teams visit health and social care facilities, like hospitals and care homes, to gather views of staff, residents, patients, and families.
- Community champion volunteer – engaging with local residents to promote The Advocacy Project and gather views and experiences of health and social care. View the role description here
