We are excited to be back in Brent to deliver an exciting and innovative new Health and User Engagement Service for people with learning disabilities. In partnership with Brent Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), we will be seeking the views and opinions of people with learning disabilities living in Brent, sharing their experiences of health care services.
Together we aim to:
- Reduce the barriers to health care
- Improve people’s access to and experiences of using health care services
- Increase people’s knowledge of health care to enable them to self-manage
- Increase awareness for Brent health professionals and commissioners
Want to be involved?
We are searching for an exceptional Learning Disability Health Engagement Coordinator to develop this new service and ensure the voices of people with learning disabilities are included in shaping service planning and delivery. We are particularly interested in hearing from Gujarati or Hindi speaking individuals so we can represent the diverse communities in Brent.
